造成自動上料水泥攪拌車的拌筒不能轉動一般有以下兩種情況：

The mixing drum of the automatic feeding cement mixer cannot rotate, which is generally caused by the following two situations:

1.自動上料水泥攪拌車液壓系統或發動機發生故障；

1. Failure of hydraulic system or engine of automatic feeding cement mixer;

2.自動上料水泥攪拌車馬達發生故障。

其處理方法如下：

The treatment method is as follows:

1、自動上料水泥攪拌車液壓系統或發動機故障的處理：

1. Treatment of hydraulic system or engine failure of automatic feeding cement mixer:

（1）打開自動上料水泥攪拌車攪拌筒檢修孔蓋，旋松馬達上高壓軟管的管接頭，旋轉拌筒使拌筒檢修孔斜向下，將砼從攪拌筒檢修孔排出；

(1) Open the manhole cover of the mixing drum of the automatic feeding cement mixer, unscrew the pipe joint of the high-pressure hose on the motor, rotate the mixing drum so that the manhole of the mixing drum is inclined downward, and discharge the concrete from the manhole of the mixing drum;

（2）將故障車的高壓膠管從馬達上卸下，把救援用的高壓膠管接上，另一端接在救援車的油泵上，并將應急用的回油管一端接在故障車的馬達泄油口，回油管另一端接在救援車的油泵回油口，利用救援車來控制故障車拌筒的旋轉，將砼排出。

(2) Remove the high-pressure rubber hose of the failed vehicle from the motor, connect the high-pressure rubber hose for rescue, connect the other end to the oil pump of the rescue vehicle, connect one end of the emergency oil return pipe to the motor drain port of the failed vehicle, and connect the other end of the oil return pipe to the oil return port of the oil pump of the rescue vehicle. Use the rescue vehicle to control the rotation of the mixing drum of the failed vehicle and discharge the concrete.

我們經過現場的測試發現，在生產廠所有工具齊全的情況下，采用第2 種方法大約需要1h，如在工地上時間可能會更長，因此建議采用1種方法排出砼。

After on-site testing, we found that under the condition that all tools in the production plant are complete, the second method takes about 1H, and the time on the construction site may be longer. Therefore, it is recommended to use one method to discharge the concrete.

2、自動上料水泥攪拌車馬達發生故障，處理則較簡單，可把救援車的馬達卸下裝在故障車上，再將各個油管接好，啟動救援車即可將拌筒內的砼排出。

2. If the motor of the automatic feeding cement mixer truck fails, the treatment is relatively simple. The motor of the rescue truck can be unloaded and installed on the failed truck, then connect each oil pipe, and start the rescue truck to discharge the concrete in the mixing drum.

總之，對于自動上料水泥攪拌車而言，發生故障時應及時判斷發生故障的原因，采取的措施將拌筒內的砼排出后再故障。
