發動機限速控制

混凝土攪拌車的發動機采用柴油發動機，柴油機具有在轉速條件不變時，其他性能受負荷影響而變化的特性。綜合考慮各種問題，在發動機限速上要將發動機的經濟油耗設置在特定的區域內，而不是一個固定的點上，在此油耗較為經濟的區域內，發動機根據工作的具體情況及需要，選擇區域內的某一油耗點，以此實現的效果。同時，混凝土攪拌車是一種運輸工具，在運輸過程中，頻繁換檔是常見情況。

混凝土攪拌車分為四種工作狀況：停車裝料攪拌、滿載攪拌運輸、停車卸料攪拌、空載運輸返回。根據混凝土攪拌運輸機的工況不同，設計適應不同需求狀況的發動機，根據混凝土攪拌車的外部負荷情況適時調整發動機的工作點，通過設計多條柴油機的變功率曲線，滿足混凝土攪拌運輸機在不同外部負荷、不同檔位的需求。
