一、冷卻液液位的檢查
1、 Check of coolant level
檢查從水箱液面觀察孔觀察冷卻液液面不低于二分之一為合格。
If the coolant level is no less than half of the water tank level observation hole, it is qualified.
注意:冷卻液不足時,將會使發動機水溫過高,從而導致發動機機件的損壞。
Attention: when the coolant is insufficient, the water temperature of the engine will be too high, which will cause damage to the engine parts.
二、冷卻風扇
2、 Cooling fan
檢查有無裂紋、鉚釘松動、葉片彎曲現象。檢查風扇并確保其安裝牢固。
Check for cracks, loose rivets and bent blades. Check the fan and make sure it is firmly installed.
三、驅動皮帶
3、 Drive belt
檢查皮帶是否破損、張緊力度,是否有交叉裂痕。
Check the belt for damage, tension and cross cracks.
注意:橫向(寬度方向)裂紋可以接受。與橫向裂紋交叉的縱向(皮帶長度方向)裂紋是不能接受的。
Note: transverse (width direction) cracks are acceptable. Longitudinal (belt length direction) cracks crossing transverse cracks are not acceptable.
四、曲軸箱呼吸器管
4、 Crankcase respirator tube
檢查呼吸器管路中有無泥污、碎屑或結冰。前后油封、增壓器漏油風險。
Check for dirt, debris, or ice in the respirator lines. Oil leakage risk of front and rear oil seals and superchargers.
五、發動機各管路、線束、緊固螺栓
5、 All pipelines, wiring harness and fastening bolts of engine
檢查有無老化、變形、磨損、泄漏、打折,管箍及固定支架有無松動等現象。
Check whether there is aging, deformation, wear, leakage, discount, and whether the pipe hoop and fixed bracket are loose.
注意:系統泄漏、管線問題會造成發動機功率不足,浪費燃料、污染環境,更有可能造成問題。
Attention: system leakage and pipeline problems will cause insufficient engine power, waste fuel, pollute the environment, and more likely cause safety problems.
