混凝土攪拌車的怠速不是一種速度，而是指一種工作狀況。發動機空轉時稱為怠速，即攪拌車檔位為空擋。發動機怠速時的轉速被稱為怠速轉速。怠速轉速可以通過調整風門大小等來調整其高低。怠速即是發動機“出工不出力”。發動機怠速是很費油的。實驗證明發動機怠速1分鐘約等于行駛6左右所消耗的燃油。攪拌車發動機怠速值低于或超過規定的范圍，就會出現階段、轉速不穩等現象。如何判斷混凝土攪拌車發動機是否存在怠速的各種問題，又該如何呢？

Idle speed of concrete mixer is not a speed, but a working condition. When the engine idles, it is called idle, that is, the mixer gear is neutral. The speed at which the engine is idling is called idle speed. Idle speed can be adjusted by adjusting the size of the damper. Idle speed means that the engine is not working. Idling the engine costs a lot of oil. Experiments show that the engine idling for 1 minute is about the same as the fuel consumption of driving about 6 km. When the idle speed value of the mixer engine is lower or higher than the specified range, the phenomenon of unstable stage and speed will appear. How to judge whether there are idle problems in the engine of concrete mixer, and how to solve them?

1、混凝土攪拌車發動機怠速不穩怎么辦?

1. Concrete mixer engine idle instability how to do?

怠速不穩表現為：怠速運轉時，發動機發抖、轉速不均勻。其產生的原因有：怠速空氣量孔堵塞，怠速裝置工作不良，個別缸火花過弱，個別氣門密封不嚴，進氣歧管漏氣，點火時間過早或過遲，怠速調整不當等。

Idle instability performance: idle running, engine shaking, uneven speed. The causes are as follows: the idle air orifice is blocked, the idle device is not working well, the spark of individual cylinder is too weak, the seal of individual valve is not tight, the intake manifold leaks, the ignition time is too early or too late, and the idle speed is not adjusted properly.

發動機怠速不穩時，應調整怠速，如怠速調整后故障仍不能，則應檢查怠速量孔與怠速空氣量孔是否堵塞，如量孔堵塞，可用汽油或丙酮清洗并用壓縮空氣吹通；如量孔未堵塞，應將發動機轉速穩定在一定的轉速下，察聽進氣歧管或化油器中、下部襯墊處是否漏氣，如出現漏氣現象，可用緊固螺釘或加、減墊片的方法來排除。

When the idle speed of the engine is unstable, first adjust the idle speed. If the fault can not be eliminated after the idle speed adjustment, check whether the idle speed measuring hole and idle air measuring hole are blocked. If the measuring hole is blocked, clean it with gasoline or acetone and blow it through with compressed air. If the measuring hole is not blocked, stabilize the engine speed at a certain speed, and listen to the middle and lower pads of the intake manifold or carburetor If there is air leakage, it can be eliminated by fastening screw or adding or reducing gasket.

如怠速不穩的同時伴有發動機功率下降現象，則應進一步檢查火花塞工作情況、氣門的密封性能及點火時間是否正確，必要時應進行檢修、調整。

If the idle speed is not stable and the engine power drops, further check the working condition of spark plug, the sealing performance of valve and whether the ignition time is correct, and repair and adjust if necessary.

2、怎樣判別混凝土攪拌車發動機怠速不良?

2. How to judge the poor idle speed of concrete mixer engine?

工作正常的發動機，應能在300-500r/min的轉速范圍內均勻運轉。如果發動機低穩定轉速超過這個轉速范圍，或在此轉速范圍內發動機出現熄火、轉速不穩，即為無怠速或怠速不良。怠速不良時，可根據其故障特點將其分為怠速熄火、怠速不穩和怠速過高。

The normal engine should be able to run evenly in the speed range of 300-500r / min. If the low stable speed of the engine exceeds this speed range, or if the engine stalls and the speed is unstable within this speed range, it is no idle or poor idle. When the idle speed is not good, it can be divided into idle flameout, unstable idle and too high idle according to its fault characteristics.

如發動機起動后，從低速到高速時運轉良好，但一松開加速踏板后就立即熄火，或是先運轉不穩繼而熄火，則為怠速熄火故障。如發動機怠速運轉不平穩，排氣管發出“突、突”響聲，則一般為怠速不穩故障。如發動機低穩定轉速高于規定范圍，且又無法使此轉速降低，則為怠速過高或無怠速故障。

If the engine runs well from low speed to high speed after starting, but the engine stalls as soon as the accelerator pedal is released, or the engine stalls after unstable operation, it is an idle stalling fault. If the engine idles unsteadily and the exhaust pipe makes a "sudden, sudden" sound, it is generally an unstable idling fault. If the idle speed is too low or too high, the idle speed cannot be reduced.

3、怎樣調整混凝土攪拌車發動機怠速?

3. How to adjust the idle speed of concrete mixer engine?

調整怠速工作，必須在發動機溫度正常、氣門間隙適當、點火系統情況正常、各管道密封良好、阻風門全開、能夠關閉嚴密等正常狀況下進行。

The idle speed adjustment must be carried out under normal conditions, such as normal engine temperature, proper valve clearance, normal ignition system, good sealing of all pipelines, full opening and tight closing of choke.

調整時，旋出節氣門開度調整螺釘，使發動機達到低穩定轉速。接著用螺絲刀旋入怠速調整螺釘，當發動機快要熄火時，再緩慢旋出怠速調整螺釘，使發動機穩定運轉并達到高速。然后再將節氣門開度調整螺釘旋出，使發動機的轉速盡可能降到低。然后再調整怠速調整螺釘，使發動機轉速提高。

When adjusting, first screw out the adjusting screw of throttle opening to make the engine reach low and stable speed. Then screw in the idle adjustment screw with a screwdriver. When the engine is about to shut down, slowly screw out the idle adjustment screw to make the engine run stably and reach high speed. Then screw out the throttle opening adjustment screw to reduce the engine speed as low as possible. Then adjust the idle adjustment screw to increase the engine speed.

如此反復進行，直到節氣門開度小(接近關閉)，發動機在低穩定轉速下運轉。然后再提高轉速并突然關閉節氣門，以發動機不熄火仍然轉動為宜。

This is repeated until the throttle opening is small (close to closed) and the engine runs at a low steady speed. Then increase the speed and close the throttle suddenly, so that the engine is still running.

發動機怠速熄火時，要先根據實際情況對怠速進行調整(如果明確故障的原因，也可直接進行維修)。
