自動上料攪拌車的使用方法

Application method of automatic feeding mixer

1）操作前，進行細致的檢查。檢查汽車各部件是否正常。特別是轉向和制動機構是否靈敏可靠，輪胎氣壓是否合乎標準；檢查攪拌系統是否連接緊固，機構位置是否正確，運轉中是否會發生卡滯等現象。當確認機械各部均屬完好時，方可起動機械。

1) Conduct detailed inspection before operation. Check whether all parts of the vehicle are normal. In particular, whether the steering and braking mechanism is sensitive and reliable and whether the tire pressure meets the standard; Check whether the mixing system is firmly connected, whether the mechanism position is correct, and whether it will be stuck during operation. Start the machine only after confirming that all parts of the machine are in good condition.

2）各部液壓油的壓力應按規定要求，不能隨意改動。液壓油的油量、油質、油溫應達到規定要求，所有油路各部件無滲漏現象。

2) The hydraulic oil pressure of each part shall be in accordance with the specified requirements and shall not be changed at will. The oil quantity, oil quality and oil temperature of hydraulic oil shall meet the specified requirements, and all parts of all oil circuits shall be free of leakage.

3）工作裝置連續運轉時間不應超過8h。若16h或24h連續工作，則會迅速縮短機器使用壽命。

4）攪拌車運送混凝土的時間，不得超過攪拌站規定的時間，若中途發現水分蒸發，則應適當加水，以保證混凝土質量。

4) The time for transporting concrete by the mixer truck shall not exceed the time specified in the mixing plant. If water evaporation is found in the middle, water shall be added appropriately to ensure the quality of concrete.

5）運送混凝土途中，攪拌筒不得停轉，以防止混凝土產生初凝及離析現象。

6）攪拌筒由正轉變為反轉時，一定要先將操縱手柄放中間位置，

7）水箱的水量要經常保持裝滿，以備急用。冬季停車時，要將水箱和供水系統的水放凈。

8）出料斗可根據使用需要，不夠長時可自行接長。

9）裝料前，好先向筒內加少量水，使進料流暢防止粘料。

10）用于攪拌混凝土時，需要在拌筒內先加入總水量2／3的水，然后再加入骨料和水泥進行攪拌。

11）駕駛員下班前，要清洗攪拌筒和車身表面，以防混凝土凝結在壁、葉片及車身上。此外，還要對機械進行清洗、維修及換油等輔助工作。

12）機器在露天停放時，要蓋好有關部位，以防備運動部件因風吹日曬而生銹、失靈。
