1、水泥：水泥進場必須按規定進行抽樣檢驗，每批進場的水泥均要求及時進行標準稠度與溫度測試，對質量存有懷疑的嚴禁入倉，并繼續進行其他指標（如安定性）測試，經檢驗不合格的水泥嚴禁進場。嚴禁未經均化（消解）的熱水泥直接使用于工程，對于已使用的水泥要進行追溯，并填制"水泥使用追溯表"。

3、外加劑:外加劑進場時應加強檢查、檢測，檢查外加劑的包裝上是否在明顯位置上注明以下內容：產品名稱、型號、凈含量或體積（包括含量或濃度）、生產廠名、生產日期及出廠編號；檢查包裝物所標明的內容是否與生產廠家提供的產品說明書、合格證相符；液體外加劑是否析出沉淀物，是否超過有效期。

3. When the requirements cannot be met, the test department shall adjust the mix proportion in time and prohibit the mixing of mineral admixtures.

5、攪拌站材料員要及時關注庫存料的情況，并要有預見性及憂患意識，積極組織備料，避免出現停工待料，特別要關注散裝水泥的結存。對庫存的物資要掛牌標識，隨時保證現場材料的堆碼，嚴格按分倉進行原材料的存放。
