(3)自動上料攪拌車卸料功能原理:自動上料攪拌車在卸料時,發動機將動力通過取力器,液壓泵,減速機等傳輸到攪拌罐,帶動罐體轉動,速度為每分鐘 3-14 轉;混凝土在葉片螺旋運動的頂推作用下向筒口方向移動,經過自動上料攪拌車的卸料斗卸出。此時罐體的轉動方向與進料時的方向相反。

(4) Cleaning function principle of automatic loading mixer: after each unloading, the mixing drum needs to be cleaned to prevent the concrete from sticking to the inner wall of the mixing drum. A water reservoir is installed on the reducer to pressurize the water tank through the air reservoir of the braking system, and the water flows through the pressurization to clean the inner wall of the mixing tank.
