自上料攪拌車主要是以水處理工藝對攪拌的要求，基本可分為混合、攪動、懸浮、分散四種，所以說說水的用量如何供水是很重要的，具體如何了解下：

攪拌車按所需砼配比確定供水量，并調節時間續點器到相應的給水時間。

全自動攪拌車

啟動混凝土攪拌車的攪拌電機運轉。關閉卸料門，在料斗內加入所需的混合料，提升料斗，料斗應運行平穩并能自如地停止在軌道的任意位置，若有打滑現象，應先將料斗放入坑底，然后調整制動電機的大螺母，料斗提升正常，制動可靠后向攪拌筒內投料同時啟動水泵向攪拌筒內供水。

在混凝土攪拌車攪拌25-35S后，啟動卸料門卸料?；炷翑嚢柢囆聶C運轉使用后對襯板及其它處的螺栓、螺母全部檢查緊固。傳動潤滑部位進行注油潤滑。
