自動上料攪拌車離合器損壞的原因動力換擋變速器離合器接合時，液壓油的壓力克服彈簧力壓緊摩擦片。隨著液壓油壓力的升高，摩擦片與金屬盤接觸并逐漸壓緊，使離合器將飛輪動力平穩地傳遞到變速器輸人軸。每次換擋時，摩擦片都要與鋼片發生摩擦，產生的熱量由冷卻液散發出去。
