1.動力輸出裝置

1. Power take-off device

全自動上料攪拌一體車采用主汽車發動機取力模式。動力輸出裝置的功能是通過操縱動力輸出開關取出發動機動力，并通過液壓系統驅動攪拌筒。在進料和運輸過程中攪拌筒向前旋轉，以便于混凝土的進料和攪拌。反向旋轉，在工作結束后切斷與發動機的電源連接。

The full-automatic feeding and mixing vehicle adopts the main vehicle engine power take-off mode. The function of the power take-off device is to take out the engine power by operating the power take-off switch, and drive the mixing drum through the hydraulic system. During feeding and transportation, the mixing drum rotates forward to facilitate the feeding and mixing of concrete. Reverse rotation, cut off the power connection with the engine after the work is finished.

4，運行機制

全自動攪拌車

它主要由攪拌筒及其輔助支撐部件組成。全自動上料攪拌一體車是混凝土裝載容器。它由耐磨鋼板制成。為了自動裝卸混凝土，內壁采用異形螺旋葉片焊接而成。當混凝土旋轉時，混凝土在葉片螺旋方向上移動，并在恒定的提升和轉動過程中混合并攪拌。在進料和運輸過程中，攪拌筒向前旋轉，混凝土沿葉片向內移動。當排出時，全自動上料攪拌一體車反轉并且混凝土沿著葉片向外排出。通過液壓驅動確?；旌瞎牡男D。載荷為3~6立方米。全自動上料攪拌一體車一般采用由汽車發動機通過動力輸出軸驅動的液壓泵，然后液壓馬達通過高壓油驅動攪拌筒。當裝載量為912立方米時，液壓泵由車輛輔助柴油發動機驅動以驅動液壓馬達。葉片是全自動上料攪拌一體車中的主要部件，損壞或嚴重磨損會導致混凝土混合不均勻。另外，如果葉片的角度不合理，將導致混凝土分離。

The full-automatic feeding and mixing vehicle generally adopts the hydraulic pump driven by the automobile engine through the power output shaft, and then the hydraulic motor drives the mixing drum through high-pressure oil. When the loading capacity is 9 to 12 cubic meters, the hydraulic pump is driven by the vehicle auxiliary diesel engine to drive the hydraulic motor. The blade is the main part of the full-automatic loading and mixing vehicle. Damage or serious wear will lead to uneven mixing of concrete. In addition, if the blade angle is not reasonable, it will lead to concrete separation.

6，清潔系統

6. Cleaning system

清潔系統的主要功能是清潔攪拌筒，有時在運輸過程中干燥物料。清潔系統還冷卻液壓系統。

The main function of the cleaning system is to clean the mixing drum, sometimes drying materials during transportation. The cleaning system also cools the hydraulic system.

7，封閉裝置

7. Closure device

全封閉裝置采用旋轉密封技術密封攪拌車的進出口，了傳統攪拌車水蒸發，砂漿分層，物料溢出，行車等問題。

The rotary sealing technology is used to seal the inlet and outlet of the mixer, which solves the problems of water evaporation, mortar stratification, material overflow, driving safety and so on.
