產生活塞敲缸的主要原因有以下幾個方面：活塞同氣缸壁的間隙太大。WD615系列發動機活塞裙部和氣缸的標準間隙為0.143-0.182，大磨損限度為0.35—0.40。發動機運行一段時間后，氣缸活塞產生磨損，加之潤滑不好，活塞和氣缸的配合間隙由于磨損而增大，并在一道氣環略下處出現較嚴重的臺階，使活塞敲擊氣缸發出異響?；钊共亢蜌飧自谶\行一段時間以后，磨損嚴重，造成嚴重失圓而敲缸。個別連桿由于種種原因產生變形，造成活塞偏磨，間隙變大而敲缸?；钊酶讜е掳l動機燃油消耗過高、發動機竄機油、機油耗量多、經濟性差。當活塞敲缸嚴重時，還會拉碎活塞，打壞氣缸，以致于連桿斷裂，打壞氣缸體。

After running for a period of time, the piston skirt and cylinder are worn seriously, resulting in serious out of round and knocking cylinder. Some connecting rods are deformed due to various reasons, resulting in eccentric wear of piston, larger clearance and cylinder knock. Piston knock will lead to high fuel consumption, engine oil channeling, high oil consumption and poor economy. When the piston knocks the cylinder seriously, it will also break the piston and damage the cylinder, resulting in the fracture of the connecting rod and the damage of the cylinder block.

自上料攪拌車活塞敲缸的判斷方法：

(1)逐缸斷油：采取逐缸斷油的方法來確定敲缸的位置，如果斷油某缸時，聲音明顯的減小或者消失，而當恢復供油時能聽到明顯的“嗒嗒”聲，說明該缸活塞敲缸。

(2)為了進一步證實該缸活塞敲缸，可以將該缸的噴油器卸下來，向氣缸內加入少量的CD級中增壓機油(起密封作用)，再裝好噴油器，發動發動機，敲擊聲消失或者減弱，運行一會敲擊聲再度出現，則是該缸活塞敲缸無疑。

(2) In order to further confirm the knock of the cylinder piston, the fuel injector of the cylinder can be removed, a small amount of CD grade medium supercharging oil can be added into the cylinder (which plays a sealing role), and then the fuel injector can be installed, and the engine can be started. 遇到活塞敲缸可以采用以下方法處理：發動機起動后，低溫運行時有敲擊聲，溫度正常后，聲音消失，可以暫不處理，繼續運行。發動機溫度正常時，有明顯的敲擊聲，應盡量避免高速運行，盡快拆卸維修。拆下氣缸蓋，抽出活塞以后，發現氣缸嚴重失圓、拉傷，或者活塞和氣缸的間隙太大，應進行更換，更換氣缸套、活塞及活塞環。如果發現(混泥土攪拌車)連桿變形，應盡量更換。
