1、混凝土攪拌機粉塵控制：攪拌機易產生粉塵的地方主要是攪拌機投料口和料場。所選設備的攪拌機屬封閉攪拌，為進一步粉塵，增設活動彩鋼板作塵面，密閉排塵口的空間，在水泥投料口增設兩外對稱水霧噴射管，防止粉塵擴散。料場的粉塵可根據堆放地的固定位置，設置電控或手動的噴霧裝置，控制粉塵的逸散，確保粉塵達標。

2、混凝土攪拌機廢水處理：在產生廢水的地方設排水溝，在排水溝終端設三級沉淀池，將固液分離，配置一臺自吸式水泵，將沉淀后的水循環使用，使整個生產區域的廢水實現經全部處理后循環使用，即達到環境排放標準。

3、混凝土攪拌機噪音控制：噪音主要來自設備，所選的設備經配置優化，設備自身的噪音較小，在使用過程中加強保養和檢修，即延長設備的使用壽命，又可降低噪音污染。根據實際情況也可設隔間墻、隔間帶。
