一、自上料攪拌車的保養方法：

1、 Maintenance method of self loading mixer:

1、液壓驅動系統：液壓系統是攪拌車的核心系統，為保障攪拌車能正常工作，攪拌罐能運轉正常，需要在每次自上料攪拌車發動前檢查油路散熱器和減速機的液壓油位，保障油位指示在視窗范圍內，同時要保障其清潔性，以免塵粒和水分等污染系統液壓油，造成系統不能正常工作或損壞。

3、攪拌筒：初次使用50h要及時檢查罐體及其他部位螺栓是否有松動，每天行車前要檢查托輪與滾道的潤滑，每個月打開一次托輪護罩，清理內部的油污并添加潤滑油脂。
