1、隨車帶上減水劑

1. Bring water reducing agent with the car

減水劑是一種在維持混凝土坍落度不變的條件下，能減少拌合用水量的混凝土外加劑，隨車攜帶，能對混凝土進行很好的調節。不過在加入減水劑的時候，一定要記得有商砼站化驗室的人在場，否則混凝土質量強度不夠，駕駛員要承擔后果。

Water reducing agent is a kind of concrete admixture which can reduce the amount of mixing water under the condition of maintaining the constant slump of concrete. It can be carried with the car and adjust the concrete well. However, when adding water reducing agent, it is necessary to remember the presence of the laboratory of commercial concrete station, otherwise the concrete quality and strength are not enough, and the driver shall bear the consequences.

2、回廠檢查罐內水量

2. Return to the factory to check the water volume in the tank

每次出車任務完成回到站內的時候，檢查儲水罐內的水量，讓水罐中的水隨時處于滿罐的狀態，以備不時之需。

3、離廠前檢查混凝土質量

可能會因為原料的不同，每一盤混凝土質量都會有變化。在裝好混凝土離場時，一定要檢查罐內混凝土的塌落度情況以及和易度，小心混凝土的提前凝結和混凝土分層沉淀。

When the concrete is loaded to leave the site, it is necessary to check the slump and workability of the concrete in the tank, and be careful of the early setting of the concrete and the layered sedimentation of the concrete.

4、減少車輛行駛時間

混凝土運距一般在直徑30千米范圍以內，出車之前規劃好路線以及車輛通行情況，盡量減少車輛在路上的時間。

5、減少損失先卸料

如果遇到人為因素或者不可抗因素，導致長時間無法卸料的情況，應隨時查看罐內混凝土情況，一旦發現混凝土開始凝結。在報備負責人之后立刻進行卸料，以防整個罐體報廢。
